Information we collect
- Information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, business name, business and mobile phone numbers, and email address.
- Call information we process on your behalf, including caller phone numbers and names, the reason for the call, and call recordings and transcripts, so we can notify you and keep your records.
- Technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service — answering and triaging your calls, sending you call alerts by SMS and email, delivering recordings and transcripts, billing, customer support, and protecting the service and our users.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we send SMS call alerts about calls received on your business line. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS / Messaging Terms for details.
No sharing of mobile information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent/opt-in data) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us deliver the service (for example, our telephony and messaging providers), and only as needed to provide it, or where required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us.
